The Rome EDITION

We had the most incredible first trip to Rome staying at this hotel. As first-time visitors — and traveling while pregnant — I was especially grateful for how thoughtful and attentive the staff were throughout our stay. We arrived in the morning after a long flight and were hoping for an early check-in. Even though our room wasn’t quite ready yet, the staff immediately got to work to prioritize it. They even offered us an upgrade, which was such a nice surprise. Knowing we had just gotten off the plane, they graciously offered us a place to shower and relax while we waited. That level of care made all the difference, especially being pregnant and exhausted from travel. From the moment we officially checked in, everything was seamless. They took our bags right away and had them waiting for us in our room so we could settle in comfortably. Throughout our stay, the team consistently checked in, offered assistance, and made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The warmth and hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed — and made our first experience in Rome feel even more special and memorable. We would absolutely love the opportunity to return one day!!

Absolutely fabulous stay at the Edition here in Rome — rooms are amazing, modern, clean and very well sized. The restaurant and room service is top notch. We also had laundry service done and it was perfectly executed. What can’t be put into words is the staff. Everyone clearly loves their job and it shows - kind, warm and go over the top in making you feel at home. I have to give a VERY sincere and special thank you to Alessandra at the concierge desk. She saw our son playing with his toy cars in the lobby and went out of her way to get a Ferrari die cast car bought and brought in to surprise him with as a gift. This is the type of service you get at the Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco which made it the best hotel in the world, and you get the same here at the Edition. Wildly impressive, we will absolutely be back. Only thing to note is, if you are driving a vehicle to the hotel and need valet parking, make sure you call the hotel ahead of time and reserve a spot.

We truly enjoyed our stay at The Rome EDITION. The hotel feels new, fresh with a mix of Roman and modern design. Our room was beautiful and the rooftop views were incredible. Also, their breakfast was exceptional. What also made our stay unforgettable was their team. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. A special acknowledgment to Marina (General Manager), Yasemin (Director of Rooms), Benito (Restaurant Manager), Riccardo (Bar Manager), Paola and Manila (Assistant Front Office Managers), and Vanessa (Quality Manager). We really admire their professionalism and hospitality.

Absolutely stellar stay here. I almost wish we hadn’t done it as it’s something we will compare every hotel to from now on. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and really wants to make sure you’re taken care of and have a good visit. This was probably the best service I’ve ever seen at a hotel. We were able to get an upgraded room and it was so nicely decorated and spacious with a sitting area and huge bathroom. With how crazy Rome can be this was such a welcome respite to go back to. The hotel is also located on a small side street so we didn’t have any trouble at all with noise, a top concern for us. We ate breakfast there which was good (order from menus) and we had a lunch on the roof the day of checkout. That was a bit pricy but worth it for the view and a nice cocktail. Overall it will absolutely be our only choice when we make it back to Rome. Thank you to everyone that works there. It’s very apparent that they have GREAT management hiring great employees.
