I had dinner at Roscioli, and everything was absolutely outstanding. The food was divine, every bite full of flavor and care, and the service was simply impeccable. Paula, our server, was incredibly kind, attentive, and warm — she truly made the evening special and made us feel genuinely welcome. I have been coming to Rome for 20 years, but this was without a doubt the best restaurant experience I’ve ever had here. The atmosphere, the food, and the hospitality came together perfectly, and I felt truly happy and at ease throughout the entire evening. A memorable experience that I will cherish, and a place I will most definitely return to.

We came for the restaurant, as some of my friends visited the place earlier to buy some nice salami, and the smell caught their noses. Well, we arrived, and my first impression was that the place was very crowded and hectic. "How can someone enjoy a dinner like that?" That was the question I asked myself. However, the goal is not to be biased, but to enjoy good food. So, to the food: We started with a beef tartare, a dish that is part of my top-10 foods. It was pleasant; you could feel the gentle salt, the vinegar, and the fresh yolk. All to the point. For pasta, we shared the Oxtail Tortellini, with the foie gras sauce and a touch of fig. Wow, what pasta. The dough was perfectly al dente, the oxtail meat was delicious, with deep flavors and the right texture. And the sauce, oh, the sauce. A beautiful extraction of the foie gras flavors, with fig hints that added a bit of sweetness. For dessert, we had the Tiramisu. If you appreciate a place that puts a decent amount of espresso and cacao in its tiramisu, then you must try that one. Regarding the service - very professional, pleasant, despite the challenges of walking into the restaurant. Highly recommended for those who seek great local food yet with a unique atmosphere..

This was the highlight of my trip to Rome. I loved it so much I went there for both lunch and dinner in the same day. Great food and extensive selection of wine. They have some of the sweetest women working at the reception and behind the bar, super friendly and helpful. Met new friends sitting at the bar seat at dinner and had one of my best dining experiences. Love this place.

Roscioli is an absolute must visit in Rome. We had the carbonara and it was simply outstanding. Perfectly creamy, rich, and authentic. This is what real Roman carbonara should taste like. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff was attentive and friendly. Everything about our experience was top notch from the food quality to the service. If you are in Rome and love good food, do not miss Roscioli. The carbonara alone is worth the visit.
