Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta
A 244-key Rabun Architects tower from 1997 anchoring the Midtown 14th Street corridor — atrium lobby with grand marble staircase and 500-crystal chandelier, 50th-floor penthouse ballroom, and a 96-residence vertical-living component above the hotel floors. Hirsch Bedner, Meyer Davis, Forrest-Perkins and Barry Designs split the layered renovation work (rooms 2015/2018, ballrooms 2020, spa 2023); Bar Margot and Brasserie Margot run the dining program from Ashish Sharma's kitchen.
