Everything was wonderful. Warm welcome by Victor at valet & Emma at check in, who also shared with us the interesting history of the building. Enjoyed the complimentary glass of champagne while we listened. The pool was beautiful and there are many options for where to sit. Agustin, the pool bartender, provided great service and made delicious cocktails. He was sweet to wish us a happy anniversary. Kostantino, the pool attendant, was hospitable in sharing hotel information with us. We had a lovely drink at the trendy downstairs bar before our short ride to dinner in the heart of Miami. Our room was clean and spacious with everything we needed. The shower had hard pressure and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful. Loved looking at our view with the floor to ceiling windows. Nice breakfast with great service and a fabulous view. When leaving, several valet attendants helped us. First class service all around!!

I've been here a couple of times as a guest of the spa and restaurant. This might be the top property I've been to in the world. (And I feel like the Marriott Puerto Vallarta is gonna be jealous of me leaving this review now. 🥺) The staff here really understand what it means to make you feel taken care of. I didn't always have that, so it's something I really cherish and appreciate. I look forward to returning again in the future for more amazing views, treatments, food, music, and ambiance. 🩷

Had a great experience at the Four Seasons Hotel Miami beach area. Kevin, Dewa, and Pandu were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They created such a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really stood out and made time at the beach area even better.
