Four Seasons Hotel Prague

A four-building heritage knit on the Vltava in Old Town — the 1568 Baroque, the 1827 Classical, the 1883 Renaissance, and a contemporary addition unified into a 157-key hotel by Dum a Mesto in 2001. Frank Nicholson and Pierre-Yves Rochon split the interiors with Bohemian crystal and panelled traditional detail. Emilio Fernandez Gomez runs CottoCrudo (Italian); the rooftop MIRU pours Nikkei from May to September with Charles Bridge sightlines.
