An outstanding stay at Rosewood Vienna. Beautifully designed rooms, an incredibly comfortable bed, and a perfect central location. What truly sets this property apart is the service. The entire team was excellent, and the concierge — especially Isabella and Simon — were exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care elevated the entire experience. A true luxury experience. Highly recommended.

I do not recommend this hotel. We stayed there from February 13, 2026, to February 15, 2026. We requested a higher floor and a quiet room in advance - we also called the hotel several times before check-in. The staff, who communicated only by phone, were very unfriendly. In the end, despite written confirmation, we were checked into a low floor right on the main street, which was very noisy. The cleaning was poor - there was black female hair on the towels, as well as on the floor. Some towels were dirty. Also, the concierge service was terrible - to have your car brought from the garage, you need to call the reception 2-3 times. This hotel is one of the worst 5-star hotels in Vienna.

The Rosewood Vienna is a top luxury hotel located in the heart of the city. Just outside the hotel, you can stroll through historic streets lined with world-renowned luxury boutiques and excellent restaurants. The Rosewood team is outstanding, and the concierge service is truly exceptional—their attention to detail goes above and beyond! The hotel’s rooftop restaurant is fantastic, and the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, even compared to the Ritz Carlton Vienna. Our travel agent, Leonie Simon, was wonderful, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely choose the Rosewood again for our next visit!

Dear Rosewood Team, Could you please check what on earth is going on in your SPA? It seems you’ve accidentally opened a mini–massage parlor that feels exactly like the ones on the busiest streets of Bangkok. The authenticity is stunning: the same quality of a “quickie massage,” where they tell you “You have two minutes to get up and leave”—and it sounds less like service and more like an evacuation drill. There is absolutely no “pleasant experience” in sight when the whole visit feels like an express treatment squeezed somewhere between a street-food stall and a souvenir shop. Truly, it was a Bangkok-sy massage: fast, random, and leaves you wondering how you ended up there in the first place. I won’t even go into the full horror of what I experienced in your SPA. Instead, I’ll simply attach a photo of a completely dead, unplugged Dyson standing in the middle of the guest shower room. Just standing there. Doing nothing. Judging everything. Honestly, that Dyson is the perfect metaphor for the entire SPA experience: confusing, illogical, and absolutely nonsensical. Thank you for the funniest “luxury SPA moment” of my week.🤣🤣🤣
