As a frequent Marriott guest, this was my first time staying at the Taipei Marriott, and it was a wonderful experience. • The hotel is incredibly clean and has a very high-end, luxury feel throughout. • The location is perfect and very convenient, as it is surrounded by a FamilyMart, 7-11, and Cosmed. • The staff were very friendly, and both the check-in and check-out processes were completely seamless. • I loved the room, which was well-appointed and included a high-quality bidet. • To support the "Love Earth" initiative, please note that they do not provide disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste, but they do offer great quality body wash, conditioner, and lotion. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again!

Check-in, concierge assistance, and daily service were all handled flawlessly, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The breakfast spread is exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste, from local Taiwanese specialties to international favorites. Coupled with the elegant facilities, well-maintained gym, and inviting pool, Taipei Marriott Hotel sets a high standard for luxury hospitality. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The employees were great, nice rooms well appointed with a balcony and views of the surrounding area—and it was very quiet!! The breakfast was quite extensive with a huge variety of Western and Asian selections. Cool rooftop pool, too! Highlights included a spread of cheeses and fruit in our room upon arrival, service that just happened like magic and do not miss the traditional afternoon tea in their restaurant which was absolutely fabulous and a total steal at only $30usd/pp!

Review for Taipei Marriott Hotel – Room 1524 (31 Dec to 3 Jan 2026) We had a very pleasant stay at Taipei Marriott Hotel, and I would especially like to commend the outstanding service provided by the Duty Officer, Miss Sandy. During our stay, a small inconvenience occurred. It was honestly something minor, and as guests, we did not expect anything further as we are not the type to dwell on small issues. However, Miss Sandy’s professionalism and sincerity truly exceeded our expectations. She personally followed up the next day with a heartfelt apology and thoughtfully offered some snacks as a gesture of goodwill — a level of care we did not anticipate but deeply appreciated. What impressed us most was not just how quickly the matter was resolved, but the genuine attentiveness and customer-first mindset displayed. Everything was handled promptly, gracefully, and with warmth, making us feel truly valued as guests. A big shoutout to Miss Sandy for her exceptional service and to Taipei Marriott Hotel for fostering a culture that clearly prioritizes customer satisfaction. This experience reflects the high standards of the organization, and it certainly left a lasting positive impression on us. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taipei.
