We stayed here in August and had a great experience. The room was spacious, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The pool area was beautiful. We spent a lot of time relaxing there, and the drinks by the pool were refreshing. Breakfast buffet had many options, and we all loved it. We also enjoyed afternoon tea at The Jade Lounge. The food was okay but the atmosphere was very pleasant. We would love to return the next time we are in Taipei.

The hotel is spectacular and the staff is amazing with doing so much for a guest. They really take care and do everything. Karan and his team took exceptional care. Ines who made the stay a lovely one and took so much care of us. Mari, Christina, Alice, Chloe, Sebastian who made the lounge visits really comfortable and amazing. Yvonne who made our room feel like home every single day and Lisa at concierge who helped us with all our questions. The hotel was superb. The spa, the pool all the facilities , we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel and room were beautiful, well kept and maintain. Food and drink were outstanding. Dinner at Ya Ge was one of the best of the trip, and we were very happy that a roast duck was made available for us despite us not having booked it in time. The cocktails at M.O. Bar were some of the best we've had and have highly recommended that bar to others. Breakfast was also delicious and the biggest complaint was that we ate too much! Staff at the front desk and elsewhere in the hotel were always friendly and helpful.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. This hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury and convenience, situated right in the heart of the business district. The service was truly above and beyond, and the breakfast was easily the highlight a perfect 10/10. It was a wonderful experience for the whole family
