Hotel Royal Classic Osaka

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience. It was my birthday so I had very high expectations. The hotel itself felt very upscale and luxurious. I also really loved the convenience of the subway station and family mart being attached directly to the hotel. The room was very large and spacious for two people. I loved the shower/bath setup and the beds were SO comfy. Great location as it’s walking distance to all the iconic spots in Dotonbori. KUMOKUMO, the rooftop bar/lounge in the hotel, was also very nice. Very upscale and amazing views of the city. I want to go back to Osaka just so I can stay at this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our Osaka experience because of this hotel where we stayed 6 nights. So many things to love about this place. Comfortable beds and spacious room at high floor (15th floor) which is also near the lift but not noisy. High quality breakfast with good variety of both western and Japanese dishes. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Location is super convenient with FamilyMart downstairs and Lawson mart across the road, just 1-min away from the Midosuji subway line and 5-mins away from the major shopping malls. Even the diaper changing room on Level 2 is also very nice and comfortable. When a hotel takes care of all the small little details, you know that you're in very good hands.

We loved staying at this hotel. I noticed that there was always one receptionist who basically spoke fluent english no matter what time it was. That was very helpful and different from most of the hotels we stayed at in a similar price point. We enjoyed staying on the premium room on floor 19. It was quiet and private. Wifi speed was fast and consistent. The mini fridge had a variety of drinks and was complimentary. The staff restocked all the amenities (drinks, toothbrush, lotion, etc.) and cleaned daily. We got a voucher for 2 free drinks at the bar but we never went. The location was great, it was close walk to dotonbori and is one of the exit for the train station. Family mart is on the bottom floor. Lawson was across the street. Close walk to a mall for shopping. We were easily able to navigate to Kobe and Universal Studios from here.

Our room was very clean and they provide things that we would need for stay above and beyond comparing to other hotels in Japan. Beds and sheets are nice and the water pressure was fantastic. Staff are polite and they’re willing to help whenever we need assistance. Our stay here was surprisingly pleasant and we would love to come back again to stay when we visit Osaka next time. Also, the location is very convenient to go anywhere in Osaka.
