Right at the entrance, we were greeted with a warm smile for a breakfast buffet. Veronica was helpful and very welcoming as she accompanied us to our table. Paolo then provided us with an excellent service. You can really feel at home in such a professional manner. The lovely ambience and of course the sumptuous array of food whether sweet or salty is just superb! It’s my second time here and it’s always been a satisfying experience. 💯

We had a very relaxing four nights at the hotel in Milan. Room was very well appointed and the location of the hotel wonderful for walking to all the important sights. Breakfast was excellent. We did find the dining room for breakfast a little dark and I think that is just down to the decoration with the dark high glaze tiles. Concierge service and reception was excellent and answered all our queries and gave us the advice we needed. The transfer to and from the airport was perfect. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay!

Wait, I'm still dreaming. Yes, I've spent three fantastic, dreamlike days in the center of Milan at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. I was surrounded by oriental scents, by fantastic staff in every area—the lobby, the reception, the concierge, the spa. I had the opportunity to meet Maria, a true hair professional. She gave me a color and a color that perfectly suited my needs. AT THE END THE RESTAURANT WAS SUPER GOOD. I'll definitely be back to be pampered. Greetings to everyone and happy holidays!

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The room was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The property is really beautiful and because its set back from the main road feels wonderfully quiet and private. The gym, pool and spa were the perfect start and end to the day.
