We had a truly wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental Ritz this weekend. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Andrea greeted us warmly, setting the tone for what became an exceptional experience. The entire team went above and beyond throughout our stay. Housekeeping and room service were impeccable, and Vanessa together with the Guest Relations team truly pulled out all the stops to ensure everything was perfect. A special mention also to Miguel in the restaurant, who looked after us beautifully at breakfast with such thoughtful attention to detail. Walking into our room was a lovely surprise — the beautiful and touching gifts and treats waiting for us made our stay feel even more special. It’s these personal touches that make all the difference. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

The hotel deserves high praise for its thoughtful design and well-equipped facilities. What truly stood out, however, was the smart home system—the ability to control everything in the room via a central remote was a delightful surprise, a feature still quite rare in Europe. The furniture and linens were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. But the most touching moment came from the service: as a Chinese guest, I was moved to find a little horse drawn on the mirror, a warm and personal gesture that made me feel truly welcomed. Special thanks to the talented artist George for this wonderful surprise.

Certainly the best hotel of the city ! The whole property has an heritage charm while offering all modern comfort you could imagine! The spa service and facilities are absolutely outstanding: the persons working there are exceptionally professional and hospitable. Service at the front desk and restaurant was excellent as well! We loved the Ritz signature almond cake as welcome gift in the room, and even enjoyed some more at the beautiful breakfast buffet!

I’ve stayed in 11 Mandarin Orientals and Madrid was one of the best. Service was amazing staff were so accomplished and the bed was just Devine!! Bar staff were perfectionist and made each cocktail to perfection. General manager made guest feel so welcome! I will definitely return!
