About
Skidmore Owings & Merrill's 1979 Pennsylvania Avenue building — the first hotel anywhere to open under the Four Seasons name. 212 keys including six presidential suites and one bullet-resistant suite (the only one in DC), with Pierre-Yves Rochon on the East Wing rooms / lobby / library / grand staircase, David Rockwell behind the BOURBON STEAK room, and a 1,650-piece art collection threading the public floors. Spa runs a "Political Detox" treatment, which is exactly what it sounds like.
