We truly looked forward to breakfast every morning because of the wonderful service, especially from Nico, along with Joy and Enrico. They were all so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Nico made our experience extra special. He was incredibly thoughtful, always checking in at just the right time and making sure everything was perfect. His positive energy and professionalism really stood out. Joy and Enrico were just as lovely, always friendly and efficient, and they worked beautifully as a team. We also want to thank Jobel at reception for being so warm and helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to any questions we had, she made everything smooth and welcoming. It’s such a blessing to be surrounded by people who clearly care about what they do. Thank you all for making our stay and our mornings so enjoyable and memorable. We truly appreciate you!

From the moment my family arrived, the staff gave us a very warm welcome and made our stay truly memorable. We celebrated a special occasion, and they ensured we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone, especially Sofia, Emina, Daniel, and Claudia for going beyond. Special thanks as well to Ramona for going the extra mile, Anastasia from Bar Terre and Manuel for making our little one happy, and Nenad for helping us secure a dinner reservation. Somewhat monochromatic, but views stupendous. Location is excellent for walking and all sorts of transportation. We used most. Staff friendly, helpful, professional. Das Loft a great place for drinks. Would have liked a simple à la carte breakfast our last day.
