I loved this museum. The collection included 4 galleries and took about 1.5 hrs. One thing I loved was that every piece was fully scanned with a QR code to provide additional information. I highly recommend (especially if you are just casually enjoying the city and not limited to the 'top 3' tourist sites).

A very interesting museum with a strong permanent exhibition of Portuguese contemporary artists. Well curated and definitely worth visiting while in Lisbon.

I initially went to see the Vivienne Westwood exhibition which was held in the basement with all of the old deposit boxes were. Stunning location and brilliant exhibition. I decided to pay to see the rest of the museum and wasn't disappointed. Definitely worth a visit.

It’s a small but well-curated contemporary museum that blends multiple subjects such as war, climate change among many other topics into thoughtful and critical art pieces. First floor is mostly dedicated to Portugese artists and the history of neo-modern Portugese art and how it has changed over time. The second floor has sculpture park and more modern exhibits which invites other artists from around the world. It’s a rather small museum so you can see everything in about an hour and the tickets are affordable. I would recommend if you’re into modern contemporary art!
