Nobis Hotel Copenhagen

I had a great birthday weekend at Nobis hotel. As a platinum member, I felt really appreciated and taken great care of. The rooms are really nice and in cool Scandinavian design. The location is perfect, close to the city center, to meatpacking and everywhere else. The view on the museum was astonishing. We were there in February, but we saw the hotel has also some bikes for better weather. I would like to highlight at the front desk Liana, Eric, who is the best concierge ever and the gentleman at the door, who always cares about the guests (preparing umbrellas etc). I also recommend booking the breakfast, as the breakfast room is really nice and the variety is great. We will be back for sure! Thank you! Bianka

Our stay at Nobis Hotel Copenhagen came with high expectations, as it was consistently recommended throughout our research for this trip. The property itself is undeniably beautiful, the breakfast is excellent, and the rooms were perfectly comfortable. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the standard one would expect from a hotel of this reputation. Having been fortunate to stay at some of the world’s finest hotels, we naturally compare experiences against that benchmark. In this case, the attitude and energy at the front desk felt disinterested and, at times, dismissive. On our first night, a glass broke in our room. Despite repeated requests to housekeeping over the following four days, the broken glass remained on the floor beside the bed. I ultimately cut my foot as a result. When I reported the incident to the front desk the next morning, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience and injury. While the setting and amenities are lovely, the lack of attentive and responsive service was a significant disappointment and detracted from what could otherwise have been a wonderful stay.

I went to Copenhagen for an extended business trip and stayed at the Nobis Hotel. I am very glad I did. I have stayed at many hotels over the decades but the Nobis Copenhagen is the best! From the time I got there until I departed, every aspect of my stay was 5-Star. Hospitality is based on people and relationships and Nobis does not disappoint. Every member of their staff is friendly, kind and helpful. Whatever need or request you might have, they will try to accommodate. From the concierge staff to the front desk, to housekeeping — everyone was kind, friendly and sincerely helpful and attentive. I give the hotel special congratulations for its outstanding restaurant, NOI. The food and service at NOI is truly next level. The server and bar staff is very knowledgeable and focused on giving exceptional service. And the food is really next level from breakfast to late night room service. I didn’t want to leave this excellent establishment. I hope to be able to return and am happy to give the Nobis Hotel Copenhagen my highest recommendation. I didn’t mention before but a beautiful physical building — a beautiful historic place with very tasteful modern additions. And the location is a plus — next to Tivoli Gardens and close to many access points into the amazing old Copenhagen central city. Go there, go there, go there! —BDH

Our stay at Nobis Hotel Copenhagen was exceptional. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful, with a refined yet cozy atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable, and they had thoughtfully prepared a crib for our toddler upon arrival, which made traveling with a little one much easier. Everything felt well-considered and elegant. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Copenhagen.
