Provintia Hotel Tainan

We love this hotel the moment we stepped into the room. The room is huge, modern, clean and beautiful. It offers everything we needed and the staff is all very nice. The biggest perk is the free self-serve laundry. You just need to bring your own pods and be mindful of the service time. We also really love the lounge area to chill and have some tea, coffee or snacks. The little library is cute and has a nice range of books. We love the wide range of food options at breakfast and how it changes everyday. Would definitely recommend families and expats to stay at Provintia!

We booked this place last second. We chose it for price and location. When we got to the hotel we were warmly greeted and they helped us with our bags. One thing we noticed is that the staff at the door, front desk, cafe etc. were or looked younger than what we normally see at hotels. Great youthful staff with lots of energy! Also, for a 3 star hotel it exceeded our expectations. The rooms felt new, were big, clean and I liked their library and shared spaces. We liked that it was walking distance to a lot of the places we wanted to visit, shop and eat at. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel, the staff and location.

I had a fantastic stay at the Provintia Hotel Tainan and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. It strikes the perfect balance between convenience and comfort. The service here is top-notch. The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was seamless. I was impressed by the size of the room. It felt very open and was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The hotel is situated in a great spot—only about a 12-minute walk from the Tainan Train Station, making it easy to navigate the city even without a car. Note that the entrance is not on the main avenue, but on Zhangbei Street. The hotel does offer on-site laundry, which is a huge plus for travelers. My only minor suggestion would be to extend the operating hours for the laundry room; it can be a bit tight for those of us returning late after a long day of sightseeing.

Wow! Definitely recommend staying here if you visit Tainan! We stayed for 4 night when we initially booked 2. The hotel itself and our room were beautifully designed and everything was very high quality. The amenities were very modern and well-made. I loved the communal area and the self-service laundry. We were positively surprised throughout our stay by the service and the friendly staff. When we arrived, we were too early for check-in, so we left our luggage at the front desk. The hotel had then brought it up to our room when we went out for lunch. The housekeeping was amazing, and they pay attention to every detail. Moreover, the hotel provided many free amenities such as daily bottled water, free coffee in the communal area, and a drink and snack coupon, and the self-service laundry was a big plus! The breakfast was delicious and diverse. Conclusion: don't look any further when looking for a hotel in Tainan
