One of the pinnacle fine dining restaurants in Sydney, a shame it is closing soon. We were given a table near the window which provided excellent views of Sydney Harbour and the bridge. Service was exceptionally professional and could not be faulted. We were looked after very well. All the dishes were executed with precision with immaculate precision. Their signature dishes of potato and roe and lamb carrot are exactly that. Enjoyed all the dishes. The drink pairing was excellent as well. Overall it was an excellent experience and was glad to have gone there

One of these best in Sydney sad it's about to leave. I really enjoyed my meal at Oncore. The service is amazing and the staff were really helpful. It is really pricey but sort of expected at this kind of establishment. The food had some very interesting combinations. I feel that piece of steak was probably some of the best I've ever had albeit and bit small on the serving sizes. The sauces accompanying some of the dl dishes were amazing. Overall a great experience if you have the time and money. Also the view is awesome I could look at it for hours on end.

Sad to learn that Oncore would close for good. Made my reservation for lunch before missing that opportunity altogether The food - presentation and innovation - lives up to all of the hype around Clare Symth. A sublime explosion of amazing tastes and textures The ambience and setting highlights Sydney wonderfully The service was a mix of really good and genuinely warm and friendly to indifferent. Nonetheless we were served the main feature - the food - competently

Really going to miss this beautiful restaurant. Our third visit since it opened in 2021. Thanks Clare Smyth and your wonderful local team. Such a unique experience from the friendly booking process, the moment you walk in and are greeted by the chefs, the courses with detailed explanations to the end of the meal with the jelly petit fours. The staff are so great at their roles, the food is heavenly, the view at lunch divine. It’s not an everyday restaurant for sure given the menu doesn’t change much, it’s pricey and degustation is the only option. But you certainly get what you pay for with great food and super attentive service. Grab a table if you can before it closes in February.
