Gloria Manor

I had an amazing stay at Gloria Manor in Kenting! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with seamless mountain and greenery views from the back. Its mountainside location was ideal, providing easy access to downtown Kenting, and I loved the strolls through the mountaintop community. The breakfast was a highlight, with many delicious options—my favorite was the radish cake! The hotel’s shuttle service was also fantastic, taking me conveniently around town. I want to give special thanks to Peter Chen, who fixed my suitcase, Simone Shen, who helped throughout my stay with bookings and great advice, and Kevin Cheng, who took me to the mountaintop community. The team made this unique experience truly unforgettable!

Our stay at gloria manor exceeded my expectations. The rooms were nice and clean. The food at mu restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was really good. The location and view from the hotel are amazing and there is a free shuttle that can drop you off at different areas. The highlight for me was the staff who were exceptional. They were extremely thorough and answered all of our many questions while helping us call taxis and arrange transportation to the bus stop. Scott, who checked us in, was amazing and thoroughly explained the different amenities the hotel offers and proactively explained everything from dining hours to air conditioning controls to us.

An absolutely perfect and beautiful vacation—so wonderful that we would love to return every year. Gloria Manor played a huge role in making this experience truly special, allowing us to fully appreciate the natural beauty of Kenting. Although the hotel is located within a national forest and we initially worried about transportation, everything was surprisingly convenient. As long as shuttle arrangements were made in advance, getting to the night market and Kenting National Park was easy, and the staff also helped arrange taxis for longer trips. This made it possible for us to explore comfortably during our 3-night, 4-day stay, while still enjoying peaceful rest back at the hotel surrounded by forests, trees, and ocean views. We were also concerned about whether swimming would be possible in mid-December, but swimming at Xiaowan Beach and Baisha Beach turned out to be unforgettable highlights of our trip. The snorkeling tour arranged by the hotel was another wonderful experience. What truly stood out was the exceptional kindness of every staff member. The entire stay felt smooth and stress-free. Special thanks to Cathy for her prompt and clear communication before our arrival, and to Irene for her warm welcome and thoughtful assistance throughout our stay. Lastly, MU Restaurant is a must. It is far more than a typical hotel restaurant and is absolutely worth visiting even for non-guests. Don’t stop at breakfast—dinner is highly recommended. Every dish was delicate, flavorful, and made with high-quality local ingredients. Highly recommended in every way.

Strongly encourage to stay in Kenting if you got enough budget. Highlight : The breakfast is awesome not only on the meal but the service, they noticed we need to walk our child and offer a new meal set without asking, surprised by the service and friendly staffs in the MU lounge. Highly recommended from a Marriot lifetime platinum member that has been stay for hundreds of hotels! Lowlight : external looks a bit aged, but nothing impacting the interior design.
