Commissioned by Filippo Strozzi in 1489 and built around an imposing Renaissance courtyard, Palazzo Strozzi is now a public-facing cultural hub for Florence: major exhibitions fill the piano nobile and project spaces, while the courtyard hosts installations, events, and performances.
