Amsterdam's first no-table restaurant, opened February 2018 by Richard van Oostenbrugge and Thomas Groot after two Michelin stars together at Bord'Eau. Concrete wrapped twenty-four counter seats around a stainless open kitchen and greyed out everything else — floors, walls and ceiling ton-sur-ton — so the cooking is the only thing in focus. Two Michelin stars.
