Stylish venue with a great atmosphere and beautifully designed space. The food was overall excellent… I really enjoyed most of the dishes, especially the beef and zucchini. The salad didn’t quite resonate with me; it lacked finesse. Nevertheless, everything was presented with precision and looked stunning. The wine pairing was a bit mixed for me… some selections were quite good, while others felt flat and didn’t quite elevate the dishes. That said, I recommend this place for its creativity, attention to detail, very good service and overall experience.

I had an unforgettable experience at Sinæ French Restaurant in Osaka. Due to my own oversight, I mistakenly made a reservation for one instead of two. In many places, this would have caused a major issue — especially at a fine dining restaurant with a preset menu. But the team at Sinæ responded with extraordinary kindness, professionalism, and grace. Without a single complaint, they immediately accommodated my guest and restructured the entire menu on the spot, ensuring that we both enjoyed the full experience. This was no small task, and it was handled seamlessly, with genuine warmth and a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude. Beyond this remarkable service, the cuisine itself was exceptional. Sinæ isn’t serving typical contemporary French fare; rather, you see refined elements of French technique and flavor thoughtfully expressed in each course. Every dish was precise, elegant, and deeply satisfying. What stood out most, however, was the team’s dedication to hospitality. They went far beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcome, turning what could have been a stressful situation into one of the most memorable and enjoyable dinners I’ve had in Osaka. I want to sincerely thank the entire team at Sinæ — the chef, the staff, and everyone behind the scenes — for their kindness, professionalism, and impeccable service. This is hospitality at its highest level.

The food and service were absolutely stellar at Sinae. Their Michelin Star is well deserved unlike other Michelin restaurants I have visited over the years. The tasting menu was a beautiful cookery of Japanese ingredients with French techniques. The wine pairings were fun, and the staff made our evening very memorable. I was impressed at how the kitchen and staff watched how quickly you would eat courses, and would expertly time the next course to come out after a certain amount of time. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! I really hope to return for another meal.
