Jaime Hayón's interiors fill the first nine floors of the Otamendi brothers' 1957 Torre de Madrid on Plaza de España: a zebra-striped bear in a brass top hat guards the lobby, and Moorish arches, jewel tones and hand-painted tiles carry through 258 rooms and the Somos restaurant.
