Chef Willian Silva opened Capoeira in 2023 to bring family-recipe Brazilian and Portuguese cooking — caldeirada, feijoada, charcoal-grilled proteins — to a Van Vorst Park stretch that had been short on serious immigrant kitchens. The room is unfussy, the cooking is not.
