I love the Nordstrom NYC Flagship location! Every time I shop here, everyone is so nice and helpful. I always leave with the cutest items! My most recent experience was no different. I visited yesterday in desperate need of snow boots. As soon as I entered the store, I was immediately greeted and directed to where I should go. When I went to the shoe section, everyone said hello and was so nice! Lancy helped me with finding boots, and she was such a great sales associate! Due to the blizzard, inventory was low. She took the time to look through what was available and found great options for me to look through. She truly went above and beyond to help me, and she was so sweet while doing so. I highly recommend Nordstrom NYC Flagship, and I look forward to shopping here again soon!

Overall Nordstrom’s flagship store in New York is a modern, pleasant department store with a wide selection, attractive design, and accessible staff. The main downside is that prices tend to be expensive, but the overall shopping environment is definitely appealing.

I love shopping at Nordstroms! This flagship store on 57th Street is a wonderful way to escape the stressers of the city. This location is so clean, organized, fresh feeling, warm and filled with happy staff and customers! Also it has the most amazing lighting and dressing rooms to go dress shopping in the city! Good lighting, good music, clean floors and helpful staff!! It truly was such a pleasuring shopping experience and I will most definitely will be going back to do more holiday shopping!! Came in today looking for a perfume and ended up walking out with 2! Terrence and Kimily provided me with an amazing experience helping me choose these perfumes. They were very patient with me and spent a good amount of time helping me choose the right perfumes for me. I will definitely be recommending my friends to come here to get their perfumes.
