The Colony Palms Hotel

Built in 1936 as the Colonial House by reputed Purple Gang member Al Wertheimer and later Howard Manor, now Steve Hermann's adults-only Old Hollywood hotel of 57 rooms and bungalows on three acres, with the Art Deco Colony Club.
